 WHAT MAKES OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS DIFFERENT?

  It is diversified.   We produce almost everything utilizing our own manufacturing facilities. Why do so? Modern store fixtures present an integration of products from various process sections: wood, glass and metalwork, painting, electrics, advertising and POS products.

  First and foremost, all these items and details should be joined nicely to create a ready product. Technologists, constructors, and engineers of various process units work and design items together, which assures an utmost coordination of technical solutions.
  There always exists a possibility of a "try-on" for the details when they are semi-ready in order to make sure that the project solutions are correct and reliable and to make adjustments, if necessary. Secondly, only when all the parts are produced and all operations are executed within one manufacturing process, an end-to-end quality control and meeting manufacturing deadlines can be assured. Third, in case any faults are discovered when assembling the items, it is possible to resolve this problem in no time.

  Quality control. Personal quality control of ready products is in place at our manufacturing facilities. Most of the items are assembled directly at the production site, as long as transportation methods allow it.

  Complex items, such as personalized store fixtures, are assembled completely before shipment at the production site. This allows correcting faults immediately, if any are discovered. Our operations and businesses have earned certifications in a number of important areas. Global Certification to the GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008) Quality standard is the foundation of our commitment to quality. It is confirmed by the CMK.RU/10.14.-3953 Certificate with annual confirmations in regular inspection checks.

  Production delays. All shops and process sections are arranged with the idea of having a possibility to manufacture for several clients at the same time. At least two items of any kind of machine and equipment are available. Thus, if something breaks down, it will not make us miss deadlines.

  Volume. Red Line is one of the largest store fixtures producers. As of the beginning of 2021, the actual manufacturing facilities (without warehouses and offices) measured more than 12,000 sq. metres.  More than 200 persons are engaged in manufacturing and installation processes.  At different times, our company was the sole store fixtures manufacturer for such chains as L'Étoile, Île-de-Beauté, Ostin, Sportmaster, Arbat Prestige, and others.
